Each tenant account with a configured kazooAccountId has its own cache.
Add kazooAccountId to account configs in the General Settings tab.
Configure the master Kazoo superuser account credentials used for server-side polling. This superuser can access all tenant accounts. Changes require server restart (set via environment variables).
The server uses a Kazoo JWT token for API authentication. Tokens are automatically refreshed 5 minutes before expiry.
Test the cache lookup for a specific user to verify queue assignments are correct.

This file manager allows you to browse, edit, and delete config files stored in the server's data directory.
Sign-In Activity shows when users access their extension configuration (tracked automatically).
Debug Logs are phone call logs from telephone-agent.exe (uploaded during extension sign-in when enabled).

When agents click "Get Remote Support" in the Chrome extension popup, their RustDesk credentials appear here.
Note: Entries persist indefinitely. When the same RustDesk ID submits a new password, it updates the existing entry. Use the delete button to remove old entries.
